The Forest Path guides people back to themselves through direct relationship with the land, using nature and traditional skills to build steadiness, resilience, and the ability to meet life when overwhelmed.
Through hands-on, land-based experiences such as hide tanning, firecraft, and time spent living outdoors people learn practical ways to regulate, reconnect, and regain their footing.

Working with me is an oppourtunity to get back to nature and rediscover yourself at the same time.
Mixing practical skills with theory, hands on experiences with indepth conversation, self directed exploration and supported examination working with me is a unique experience.

Nature is inherently for all, My Personal Assistant work is firmly person centred and works with the individual to develop themselves to the goals they desire to achieve
After over two decades of working in health and social care I experienced burnout, total and utter physical, mental and emotionally.
Returning to the woods where I grew up lead me to returning to my self as well. There I realised burnout was the oppourtunity to reach balance within myself, no longer following the rules of others, no more dancing to the beat of a drum I didnt hold myself.
Now I offer the reconnection with nature that leads you to reconnect with yourself.
